Fatbikes can be used all year round and are even a good choice for beginner bikers. Fatbikes drive smoothly over rocks and make it easier to bike uphill than on typical bikes. In Ranua there are a few options where one can go explore, including the Ranuanjärvi nature trail, the Oravi racetrack, as well as the Repolampi nature trail located behind the Ranua Zoo.
